Working as a Senior Associate at Dr. Sunil Khattri & Associates, Divya is a litigation expert having completed her LL.B from Law Center-1, Faculty of Law, Delhi University in the year 2018. Prior to joining Dr. Sunil Khattri & Associates, she worked with Trulegal Solutions, New Delhi, focusing on Civil, Criminal and Corporate litigation matters. Having worked in close association with the panel of various organisations, viz., BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd., North Delhi Municipal Corporation, Alchemist Limited, etc., she has gained a wide range of experience into varied areas of civil as well as criminal law.

She represents and advises clients on a broad range of Civil Litigation matters including Property Disputes, Matrimonial Disputes, Labour Law Cases, among others. 

On the Criminal Law side, she advises clients on legal matters pertaining to the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, the Payments and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, the Electricity Act, 2003, the Domestic Violence Act, 2005, the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, The Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021, legal matters pertaining to the Medical Negligence, etc.

She manages and represents a wide variety of legal matters before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, the District Courts of Delhi as well as before various quasi-judicial bodies/tribunals, etc.

She has also authored several articles and has worked on a variety of research papers over different Indian/International legal issues published in online journals.
